Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson -- the 24-year-old who claims to be MJ's lovechild -- is going back to court in the hopes of getting a slice of Jacko's fortune, even though he was already rejected by the people who run MJ's estate.
PMMJJ just filed "objections of rejection" paperwork in L.A. County Superior Court, in which he begs a judge to "have determined that he is the biological son of decedent Michael Joseph Jackson ... and gain whatever benefits he is entitled to."
The Jackson estate had rejected PMMJJ's claim back in August, even though he provided a California birth certificate which lists Michael Joseph Jackson as his father.
TMZ has obtained the 911 call made by a photographer who claims some rabid Michael Jackson fans attacked him with a bat earlier this month ... an incident the photog blames on a lawsuit he recently filed against Debbie Rowe.
In the call, which was made on November 22, you can hear photographer Ed Frommer tell the dispatcher it all started when two cars pulled up beside him on a road in Lancaster, CA.
Frommer says three men exited the cars -- and that one of the guys told Frommer to stay away from Debbie, while another man began "pushing me with the bat through my window."
Frommer told us last week he thought the goons were mad at him because of the defamation lawsuit he filed against Debbie -- but he doesn't believe Debbie had any connection to the alleged incident.
Jermaine Jackson came out swinging at an event at the Magic Johnson theater in L.A. yesterday, claiming the 1993 molestation accusations against his brother were false ... and the suicide of the accuser's dad proves it.
Jermaine -- who spoke at a Michael Jackson charity event -- said the accuser's dad could not live with a guilty conscience and that's why he killed himself. Jermaine also latched onto Internet rumors that the accuser himself said Jackson didn't touch him.
Michael Jackson settled the '93 case by anteing up $20 million.
FYI -- the MJ stuff happens around 2:15 into the clip.
Dr. Conrad Murray's baby mama -- not the one he had child support issues with in Las Vegas, one of the other ones -- went shopping on ritzy Robertson Blvd. yesterday. We don't know who's paying the tab.
Law enforcement has told TMZ Murray had shipments of Propofol delivered to Nicole Alvarez's apartment in Santa Monica. Murray was living with Alvarez while he was "treating" Michael Jackson.
Alvarez birthed Murray's seventh child, Che Giovanni Murray, on March 2 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
The photographer who says he was attacked by angry Michael Jackson fans is finally telling his side of the story -- claiming his attackers were "laying in wait."
The photog, Ed Frommer, claims he was "jabbed" with a baseball bat several times by three MJ fans over a defamation lawsuit he filed against Debbie Rowe. The lawsuit stems from an encounter between Frommer and Rowe that went down in front of a Chinese food restaurant back in July.
As we first reported, Frommer claims three men pulled him out of his car in Lancaster, Ca and began screaming "leave Debbie alone" -- while shoving a bat in his chest.
Frommer doesn't think Debbie put the men up to it -- but he warns he's taken "precautions" to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Dr. Conrad Murray has absolutely no restrictions on his ability to administer Propofol -- the drug that killed Michael Jackson.
We did some checking ... Dr. Murray still has full privileges to practice and operate at Doctors Hospital Tidwell in Houston. We're told Propofol is available for Murray's use.
As for ordering the drug ... no problemo. Dr. Murray can, if he chooses, get bottles of Propofol without special limitations.
As we previously reported, Dr. Murray -- who is seeing patients again -- is being investigated by the DEA and the LAPD in connection with Michael Jackson's death. The Texas Medical Board is also taking a look at the good doc.
La Toya Jackson is still in attack mode over her brother's death -- shredding Dr. Conrad Murray last night and warning, "Nobody should hire him."
Last night outside of Boa Steakhouse, Michael Jackson's sister blasted the doc -- who just returned to work yesterday -- saying "Dr. Murray murdered my brother and it was wrong."
As we previously reported, most of his patients are actually excited to have him back.
Dr. Conrad Murray's patients aren't gonna let a little something like the death of Michael Jackson keep them from seeing the good doc ... in fact, most of them couldn't be happier.
Since Dr. Murray is now back in business, we called a few of his patients to see if they were just a lil' skittish.
Jack Hammond, told us Dr. Murray saved his life twice in the last ten years ... and he "couldn't be more excited."
Everyone else we spoke to was just as upbeat. Eliza Robertson said she had already seen Dr. Murray and would "recommend him to any of my friends."
We could go on ... but you get the point ... Dr. Murray isn't losing any business because of MJ. And he needs the business.
Dr. Conrad Murray went back to work at his Houston, TX office this morning -- despite being the target of ongoing investigations by the DEA, the Texas Medical Board and the LAPD in connection with Michael Jackson's death.
Dr. Conrad Murray's Houston, TX patients may be interested .... the Texas Medical Board is investigating the good doc.
DEA sources tell TMZ its investigation into Dr. Murray's prescribing practices in connection with Michael Jackson is still active. When the DEA investigates a TX doctor ... the DEA contacts the Texas Medical Board and that routinely triggers a Texas Medical Board investigation.
And law enforcement sources tell us the Texas Medical Board has been working with the DEA on the Conrad Murray probe.
Dr. Murray's rep could not be reached for comment.
The doctor who may have been responsible for the death of Michael Jackson will see you now.
Dr. Conrad Murray, personal physician to Michael Jackson at the time of his death, will resume his medical practice this morning, his lawyer said on Sunday.
Murray will be at the Armstrong Medical Clinic in Houston -- which was searched by police on July 22.
Murray has good reason to hang his shingle again. A judge has told him no more chances -- he either pays $1,000 a month in child support or he goes to jail, and that's just for one of his seven kids.
For references, please contact Katherine, La Toya or Janet Jackson.
UPDATE -- Earlier Sunday, Murray appeared at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, where he appeared to cry during the service.
Michael Jackson stiffed the people who installed his TV system at Neverland, this according to a brand spankin' new creditor's claim.
According to a claim filed yesterday, a company called Video & Audio Center (VAC) installed electronic audio and video equipment at Neverland Ranch in late 2003 and early 2004. We're told the company rewired the house, installed plasma TVs and put speakers all over the house.
VAC claims Jackson's camp ran up a bill of $109,540.85 -- and paid $25,000 of that, but never settled the bill completely. According to the docs, VAC says they won a judgment back in 2007 for the remainder.
They're asking for $128,482.77 -- the unpaid bill plus interest.
